I want to thank all my clients in Abergavenny for all their support and hard work and I wish them well in the future, It has been a pleasure working with you.
I have seen my fair share of personal challenges and Tough times and I have made the decision to move home to Cardiff aka the motherland 🙂 to start a new adventure and find a nice work/life balance and being as ninja as possible.
I am now working from Fit4less in Cardiff Bay and Offering Mobile PT in the roath and Cardiff area.
Nothing much to Report now but keep your eyes peeled for new offers and Hopefully getting my arse in gear and setting up my Blog.
I’m pleased to announce the launch of a new Bootcamp class! The class takes place every Wednesday at 7pm in Llanfoist, priced at just £3.50 per person.
We’re currently hosting on the multi-use games area behind Llanfoist Village Hall, and soon hope to be moving to the football pitches.

August Class Changes
Please note that HIIT Circuits at Crickhowell Community Sports Centre will be taking place only on a Saturday from the beginning of August.
This is down to it being a bit of a logistical nightmare to make the Wednesday class work at the moment, but I am hoping to put on an extra Bootcamp style class in the near future. Watch this space for further details.
HIIT & Flex and HIIT Circuits classes will continue as usual on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

July Class Changes
Please note that from 18th July, all fitness classes will be £3.50 per person.
This is in order to keep prices consistent, whilst ensuring all overheads are covered. Still a great price, I hope you’d agree!

The following classes will NOT take place as detailed below, due to the fact that we will be tying the knot!

Classes will resume as normal after these dates.
I will also have limited P.T. slots between 11th – 17th July inclusive, but will try to fit you in wherever possible.

I’m happy to say that, having attended courses on ‘Essentials of Strength Training’ and ‘MMA Conditioning Level 1’ at Primal Gym last month, I passed both. I’m excited to implement some of the new skills learnt in both personal training and group exercise sessions, especially the killer ‘Hollow Body‘ technique which has all ready seen some of you take your workouts up a notch!
We had fun this week running up Sugarloaf Mountain! We did it in 1hr 15mins, check out the facebook page for photos and videos… and watch this space to see if we can beat that time. In the meantime, if you haven’t been, I can highly recommend a walk (or run!) up there.
New Fitness Classes & Free Tasters
I will be starting some HIIT Circuits classes at Crickhowell Community Sports Centre this month and to kick things off we’ll be offering some free taster sessions!

HIIT & Flex Class
My HIIT & Flex fitness class has been running throughout March at Llanfoist Village Hall. I’m pleased to say that after a 5 week trial period the class will be continuing every week. Its really great to see regular attendees having made big improvements and keep coming back for more! The class will be held at Llanfoist Village Hall every Tuesday at 6pm and costs £3 per person. No need to book, just turn up.
Courses & Unavailability
As you may know, I attended an ‘Essentials of Strength Training’ course at the beginning of the month – an excellent and exciting course from Primal Academy in Leeds. I am always looking to expand and update my knowledge where possible in order to deliver the best possible service to my clients. I will be attending another course (MMA Conditioning, Level 1) in Leeds from Friday 15th – Sunday 17th April, meaning that I will be unavailable for appointments from around 10am on Friday morning, with normal service resuming on Monday 18th April. I’m very much looking forward to implementing these new skills from what promises to be an awesome course.
As my business grows, I am investing in more and more equipment, the latest additions being a freestanding punch bag, a pair of paralet bars and a weighted vest! All the better to train you with..!

My first attempts at fitness were purely vanity driven. I was a 17 year old watching Kung Fu movies and Dragonball which just made me want to train.
