My approach to training clients is to keep it simple, flexible and fun – focusing on changing habits and finding out what works for you rather than forcing a ‘one size fits all’ training program or strict diet regime.
Personal training is available in single sessions, 6 or 12 session packages.
Single sessions can be an excellent way of boosting your training where you may not have the time to commit regularly, or trying out personal training for the first time.
