I want to thank all my clients in Abergavenny for all their support and hard work and I wish them well in the future, It has been a pleasure working with you.
I have seen my fair share of personal challenges and Tough times and I have made the decision to move home to Cardiff aka the motherland 🙂 to start a new adventure and find a nice work/life balance and being as ninja as possible.
I am now working from Fit4less in Cardiff Bay and Offering Mobile PT in the roath and Cardiff area.
Nothing much to Report now but keep your eyes peeled for new offers and Hopefully getting my arse in gear and setting up my Blog.

I’m happy to say that, having attended courses on ‘Essentials of Strength Training’ and ‘MMA Conditioning Level 1’ at Primal Gym last month, I passed both. I’m excited to implement some of the new skills learnt in both personal training and group exercise sessions, especially the killer ‘Hollow Body‘ technique which has all ready seen some of you take your workouts up a notch!
We had fun this week running up Sugarloaf Mountain! We did it in 1hr 15mins, check out the facebook page for photos and videos… and watch this space to see if we can beat that time. In the meantime, if you haven’t been, I can highly recommend a walk (or run!) up there.
New Fitness Classes & Free Tasters
I will be starting some HIIT Circuits classes at Crickhowell Community Sports Centre this month and to kick things off we’ll be offering some free taster sessions!
